Refund and Cancellation policy

Note: The terms encountered throughout the text of this policy are used in the same way as they specified in Terms and Conditions.

- Cancellation of offer or transaction.
- Clients must understand the digital good information before ordering. The client is required to pay the price of the digital good that has been ordered within 24 hours.
- If within 24 hours the client have not pay the digital good that has been ordered, the transaction will be canceled automatically.
- Clients can cancel orders within 14 days unless the digital good has been accessed or delivered. The refund will be processed to the clients’s bank account or payment account (depends on the payment method used).
- The Offer can be canceled:
- As a result of the unilateral refusal of DRIFTBAY for any reason at any time by notifying the client at least 1 (one) calendar day before the termination of the contract.
- As a result of the unilateral refusal of the client for any reason at any time by notifying the DRIFTBAY at least 1 (one) calendar day before the termination of the contract. At the same time, actually fulfilled obligations of DRIFTBAY are subject to payment, and the cost of unprovided services is returned to the client.
- At any time by agreement between the Parties.
- Refund
- Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- Client did not receive their order. As long as the digital good has not been delivered or partially delivered, cancellation and refund is possible at any time.
- Digital good received by the client does not match the description of digital good on the Website.
- Refund policy does not cover the following:
- Transactions made outside of the Website.
- Refunds will not be issued due to Client’s dissatisfaction with the digital good, remorse, mistakenly purchased items, or in cases where the Client’s computer does not meet the minimum game requirements. Additionally, refunds will not be provided in scenarios where the Client’s actions violate the game rules, the digital good cannot be used in a specific game modification, or if the Client’s conduct or use of the digital good is deemed to breach the game policy, including but not limited to actions considered as cheating or unauthorized exploitation of the game.
- DRIFTBAY does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to pursue legal actions and permanently suspend a client’s account for filing fraudulent claims.
- DRIFTBAY only considers refund requests within 72 hours from the moment of purchasing digital good, , except in cases where the digital good has not been delivered or has been partially delivered.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a valid refund request and will be issued to the original payment method.
- The transfer of the refund could take up to 14 business days. The exact time depends on the particular payment systems. DRIFTBAY can not influence this process.
- Client can request only a full refund.

DRIFTBAY may modify or amend this Refund and Cancellation policy from time to time at its discretion. Substantial changes will be communicated via email or through a notification on the Website at least 30 days in advance. We encourage you to periodically review this Refund and Cancellation policy to be informed about the relevant conditions.
