   2. Prices for products and services on DRIFTBAY’s website can change due to market conditions. These fluctuations are inherent and beyond our control.
   3. If you purchase a product or service and its price changes afterward, DRIFTBAY is not obligated to refund the price difference. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that prices for similar products or services may change in the future.
   4. The product or services of the Website will be priced the same regardless of the method of payment chosen (apart from additional fees or charges according to item 2.5).

• Payment Policy

1. 1. Payments are processed in accordance with the UK Payment Services Regulations (2017) and PSD2. Refunds are available as per our Refund and Cancellation policy.
   2. Client may choose one of the following forms of payment for purchasing digital goods at the Website:

• SEPA transfer.

1. There are no additional charges for a product or services. The total payable amount, including taxes, fees and other mandatory payments, is indicated on the individual digital goods. All displayed prices include VAT and any other applicable taxes or fees, in compliance with UK and EU regulations.
2. Additional fees for transaction processing or currency conversion may be charged by card issuer or payment system you have chosen for the payment for services of the Website. Before completing your payment, any additional fees related to currency conversion or processing will be explicitly displayed.
3. If there a possibility to select the bank card payment method, after placing the order client will be automatically transferred to the safe environment of ePOS Pay center of the relevant bank. In this page the client have to enter all the data required, namely card number, expiration month/year, three-digit verification code, cardholder name/ surname, following the instructions and then submit the order so that the bank card is immediately charged. These data are not registered to the DRIFTBAY’s website, but they are processed by the relevant bank or payment institution according to its terms of transactions, which client accept since the selection of the appropirate payment method.

With the use of SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) for safe online transactions, all the information of the card registered during this procedure are transferred through the internet via an encryption technology so it cannot be read or changed during their transfer.
